Retrieval & Delivery
Because your records are carefully assigned a space slot when entered into our database, we can quickly retrieve your records. Customers can contact us by phone, fax, or online to request a record to be retrieved and customers needing immediate assistance can call our emergency hotline available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
The requested documents can than be immediately faxed or shipped directly to your doorstep and our database is updated to reflect that the record has been returned to the client. Once you are ready to return any checked-out records, you can schedule a pick-up and those documents will be
refiled in their original location at our facility and
updated in our database accordingly.
